How To Setup Your Outlook 2002/XP E-Mail for the First Time:

1. Open Outlook
2. In the top toolbar, click on Tools and then click on E-mail Accounts.
3. Click the bullet beside Add a new e-mail account.
4. Click Next.
5. Click on the e-mail address you want to change to your mail.azon1.com account.
6. Click on Change
7. Enter in your Name, E-mail Address, User Name, and Password.
8. Enter mail.azon1.com for the Incoming and Outgoing Mail Servers.
9. Click on More Settings
10. Click on Outgoing Server tab
11. Check the My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication checkbox.
12. Click Test Account Setting. If there is an error and everything is put in correctly, call Azon1.com at 605-332-1556 or 800-551-6207.

How To Change Your Outlook 2002/XP E-Mail:

6. Enter in your Name, E-mail Address, User Name, and Password.

9. Click on Outgoing Server tab
10. Check the My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication checkbox.
11. Click Test Account Setting. If there is an error and everything is put in correctly, call Azon1.com at 605-332-1556 or 800-551-6207.

2. On the dropdown menu, choose Accounts.
3. Click on the email you wish to change.
4. Click Properties.
5. Enter your email, i.e. yourname@azon1.com.
6. For your incoming(pop3) and outgoing mail server(smtp) - enter mail.azon1.com
7. Click Next.
8. Make sure your user name is correct. It is the part before the @ symbol of your email address.
9. Make sure your password is entered, and remember to check the box asking to remember you password!
10. Click on the Next
11. Click on log on using and select Connect using my local area network.
12. Click on Next
13. Click on Finish
14. Click on Tools and then Accounts
15. Click on your azon1.com account
16. Click on Properties
17. Make sure My Server Requires Authentication is checked.
18. Click on OK.
19. Congratulations! Your have entered all the information required to set up your E-mail account.
20. Click on Send and Receive to receive your messages.
